Lisa Papini has a diverse work experience, starting in 1993 as a Production Manager at Dante Valve Company. Lisa then progressed to Vice President in 2005 and currently holds the position of President since July 2016. In addition to their role at Dante Valve Company, they are also a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since January 2016. Lisa has also been actively involved in the Aircraft Carrier Industrial Base Coalition, where they served as Western Regional Board Member from 2007 to 2020, Vice-Chair from 2020 to 2023, and is currently the Chair from March 2023. Lisa's professional involvement extends to being a Board of Trustees member at GENEDGE since January 2023.
Lisa Papini received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a minor in Sociology, from California State University, Long Beach in 1991. Lisa later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship at USC Marshall School of Business from 1994 to 1997.
