Sergey Ostrovskiy is a legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and investment matters, particularly within the blockchain and fintech sectors. As a Partner and Co-Founder at AURUM Law Firm since July 2017, Sergey has provided legal counsel to prominent crypto and blockchain projects, alternative finance companies, and DeFi organizations. In February 2023, Sergey co-founded DAObox, focusing on legal and regulatory solutions for decentralized communities. Previous roles include serving as a Legal Advisor at Program-Ace, where Sergey facilitated product launches in the US and EU markets, and as a Corporate Attorney and Executive Director at Exlege Law Firm, overseeing a diverse range of legal services, including corporate governance, M&A, and dispute resolution.
