Previously, Grace served as Senior HR Business Partner and Regional HR Head at Aspen Technology, managing HR operations for a substantial employee base while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Grace has held roles in notable companies such as Sony and Newegg, contributing to recruitment, training, and talent management initiatives. Grace's extensive expertise is complemented by an EMBA from Fudan University, which they are currently pursuing.
