Kathleen Frederick-Kozlow

Kathleen Frederick-Kozlow has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Kathleen currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Daon, where they partner with company executives to align HR programs with strategic business goals. In their role, they oversee HR operations for multi-regional offices, including recruitment, compliance, benefits, and performance management. Previously, Kathleen worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Daon, where they managed the HR function for the Americas. Prior to joining Daon, they worked as an HR Business Consultant at Axeo, executing strategic and tactical HR activities for client organizations. Kathleen also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Oceus Networks, leading strategic planning and organizational development initiatives. Additionally, Kathleen held leadership positions at Serco Inc., Intelligence Data Systems, Titan Corporation, and ICF International. Kathleen'sexperience includes leading cross-functional teams, managing M&A activities, and acting as a strategic HR business partner.

Kathleen Frederick-Kozlow completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from George Mason University, studying from 1992 to 1995. Kathleen then pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from American University between 1999 and 2001. In addition to their formal education, Kathleen obtained the certification of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Qualified Practitioner from CPP, Inc. in November 2005.
