Nelson Dumas

Nelson Dumas is currently a Board Member at Daphne Technology. Nelson has also served as the US Business Development Director and Observer to the board at Abionic, a Swiss-based leading scale-up which developed the fastest diagnostic system in the world. At Abionic, they were mandated by the board and management to oversee the launch of its US subsidiary in Boston. Nelson has also been an Investor Director and shareholder representative on the board of a start-up aiming at depolluting the maritime industry (an industry that accounts for more than 400'000 premature deaths every year). Dumas is also a member of Forbes Business Development Council where they contribute to Forbes.com as an author to promote causes they stand for, including Impact Investment, reducing inequalities and mitigating climate change. Prior to their current positions, Dumas worked as an Administrator - Investment at ImmoDumas SA in Sion for 5 years and 6 months and as Business development at bound4blue for 3 months. Nelson is also the Founder and Organizer of Sol’Art Festival, a position they have held for 4 months.

Nelson Dumas has a Bachelor's degree in Management from HEC Lausanne - La Faculté des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de l'Université de Lausanne and has completed an intense 4-day formation at EPFL - Innovation park in order to learn how to better support startups in their ecosystem.
