Monika Vasiliauskaitė

Monika Vasiliauskaitė has over 10 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Monika started their career in 2010 as an Intern at Strategic Staffing Solutions. In 2011, they joined Headex Group as a Recruitment Manager, Project Coordinator, and Office Administrator. In 2016, they moved to Barclays Group Operations Lithuania as a Resourcing Business Partner. In 2018, they became the Head of People & Culture at NFQ, where their responsibilities included developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, supporting current and future business needs, and counseling the management of different departments. Currently, they are the VP People & Culture at DappRadar.

Monika Vasiliauskaitė obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Mykolas Romeris University between 2013 and 2014. Monika also obtained a Bachelor's degree from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended J. Graičiūno gimnazija. In 2021, Monika obtained the COACHING ESSENTIALS certification from the International Coaching Federation. Monika also obtained the RACS - Recruitment Academy® Certified Sourcer certification from the Recruitment Academy in 2018.
