Chris LaCroix

Chris LaCroix has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, focusing on new product development. At BAE Systems from 2007 to 2012, they were an Engineering Document Controller and later a Mechanical Design Engineer, leading a redesign project for a Clip-On Thermal Weapon Sight. LaCroix then joined INTEGRA Biosciences in 2012, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Design Engineer, Project Leader, and Engineering Manager. Chris was responsible for designing and developing a flagship line of pipettes, managing a team, implementing ISO Design and Development processes, and deploying PDMWorks software. Currently, LaCroix works at Re:Build DAPR Engineering, LLC as a Principal Engineer and Engineering Supervisor.

Chris LaCroix received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
