Karolina Kitzman

Karolina Kitzman, PhD, serves as the Head of Marketing at RED INTO GREEN by DAPR since September 2023, focusing on SaaS marketing strategy, market segmentation, buyer personas analysis, and customer journey design. Previously, Karolina held the position of Head of Marketing at Think Beyond and Marketing Lead at Vizyble, where efforts centered on creating strategies that enhanced customer experiences across multiple channels. Karolina's academic background includes roles as a Senior Lecturer at Warsaw University of Technology and tutoring in the MBA program, along with expertise in various marketing and sustainability topics. Karolina holds a PhD in Marketing Management from Warsaw University of Technology and an MS in Sociology from the University of Warsaw.
