With extensive experience in building and leading design teams, Dan has held roles such as Director at Principals and Head of Experience Design at Bupa, where they focused on creating transformative experiences for diverse clients across APAC. Dan's career began as the Founder and Creative Director at Artel Design Associates Limited, and they continue to innovate as the Chief Design Officer at Dapth. A recipient of the Good Design Australia Gold: CX Award and an MAICD, Dan is committed to enhancing customer experiences through a blend of human-centered design, strategy, and agile methodologies.
