Jeffrey Grinbaum

Jeffrey Grinbaum has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jeffrey began their career in 2010 as an Assistant Property Manager at Grimco Industrial Development and Brokerage Co. Inc. where they managed a 500,000 square foot industrial real estate portfolio. Jeffrey also handled tenant communications, rent collection, and rent roll updates. In 2014, Jeffrey transitioned to the role of Real Estate Associate at the same company, where they were responsible for negotiating and executing lease agreements, as well as conducting research and analysis of real estate market data. With their strong performance, they increased rental rates by an average of 35% for executed deals. In 2017, Jeffrey joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services as the Director of Research.

Jeffrey Grinbaum attended California State University, Northridge from 2014 to 2016 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Real Estate.
