Mark Schafer

Mark Schafer serves as Executive Vice President at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, specializing in industrial brokerage since March 2018. Additionally, Mark holds the position of Managing Member at M2S Capital, LLC, focusing on the repositioning of residential assets in the Southern California market since February 2014. Previously, Mark worked in acquisitions at Aslan Realty Group from November 2012 to February 2015, concentrating on distressed residential assets through short sales, REO, and auctions. Mark earned a degree in Business Management from San Diego State University between 2007 and 2011.
