Michael D. Foxworthy Sr.

Michael D. Foxworthy Sr. has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Michael D. started their career in 1980 as the President of Charles Dunn Company, where they successfully oversaw the growth and rebuilding of the Commercial Brokerage Division until March 1998. In April 1998, Foxworthy joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services as the Executive Vice President and Branch Manager for their Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties office. Michael D. specialized in office leasing, sales, and land development in Ventura County and represented prestigious office projects such as Westlake Park Place and The Ridge. During their time at DAUM, they consistently excelled as a top producer. In addition to their real estate career, Foxworthy also served on the St. John's Healthcare Foundation Board in 2015.

Michael D. Foxworthy Sr. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Behavioral Science from Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration in the years 1970 to 1974. Following that, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus in Marketing from the same university's College of Business Administration from 1977 to 1979.
