Carlos Soto

Carlos Soto is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Group IT Director/Chief Information Officer at Dar Al Riyadh Group since August 2015, Carlos defines and executes IT strategies to enhance growth and infrastructure efficiency. Prior to this, Carlos held the position of Head of IT at Emitac Shared Service Centre, where responsibility included re-establishing an ERP solution. Carlos also worked as a freelance contractor and business consultant, providing specialized IT consultancy, and held leadership positions at Telefonica, including Chief Information Officer and Collaborative Development Manager. Additionally, Carlos has an entrepreneurial background as the owner of Soto Informatica and has been involved in IT consulting at ShowPro Data Systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northrop University and various advanced management programs.
