Chafic Abdallah

Chafic Abdallah is a seasoned infrastructure engineer and project coordinator with extensive expertise in water and irrigation engineering. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator and Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Dar since June 2024, Chafic facilitates cross-disciplinary communication and project alignment. Prior roles include Design and Project Manager and Senior Water and Irrigation Engineer at Dar, where responsibilities encompassed leading large-scale water network design projects valued over $200 million, developing financial models for irrigation frameworks, and managing significant proposals across the Middle East and Africa. Chafic has also worked as a consultant at MSE, a research assistant at the Issam Fares Institute, and a water management consultant, showcasing a strong background in project management and technical training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering and Irrigation Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
