Shadi Othman

Shadi Othman is an experienced Enterprise Network Engineer currently working at Dar since July 2022, with a previous role as a Network Engineer. Prior to this, Shadi served as the NOC Team Leader at VTEL Jordan from December 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing the ticket queue to ensure SLA compliance and coordinating team schedules for optimal efficiency.
