Yasmine Wazzi

Yasmine Wazzi is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Economics at Dar since October 2013, Wazzi has held various roles including Associate Lead Economist and Senior Economist. Prior experience includes working as an Urban Analyst for the European Investment Bank from January 2010 to September 2012, contributing to project appraisals across Europe and responding to the Egyptian revolution with a sustainable Community Development Programme. Wazzi began her career as an International Office trainee at Societe Generale in July 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban Regeneration from UCL, a Master of Science in Development Studies from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and History from the University of Bristol.
