Youssef Achkouti

Youssef Achkouti, an accomplished professional with an Executive Masters of Business Administration from IE Business School, has extensive experience in construction management and smart city systems. Since March 2014, Youssef has served as Construction Manager at Dar, overseeing significant projects such as the $42.2 billion KAIA airport, where responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, directing smart city digital infrastructure, and ensuring project milestones and risk mitigation. Previously, Youssef held positions such as Project Manager at Kettaneh Construction and Project Control Engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company, emphasizing procurement, project control, and innovative technology integration in large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
