Yuqi Deng

Yuqi Deng is an Urban Designer currently working at Dar since September 2023, having previously served in the same role at the same company from January to June 2023. Prior experience includes positions as an Urban Designer and Planner Intern, and a Project Intern at China Railway Construction International Group, where responsibilities involved reviewing construction drawings and participating in site meetings to develop improvement plans. Yuqi has also worked as a Structural Engineer at Guizhou Province Architecture Design and Research Institution Co., Ltd, contributing to building design and project rectification, and served as a Project Researcher at the University of Macau focusing on atmospheric fine particulate matter and health-related research. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in City Planning from UCL and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Macau, supplemented by studies at The University of Queensland.
