Naveen Prabhu Shanmugam serves as the Application and Customer Engineering Manager at Daramic LLC since June 2013, excelling in customer issue resolution and market share enhancement within battery design and processes. Naveen possesses a comprehensive understanding of the New Product Life Cycle and has played a key role in product development and technical solution management. Previously, Naveen held the position of Deputy Technical Manager at Exide Industries Limited from July 2004 to June 2013, where management of multi-cultural teams and quality assurance initiatives were paramount. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical and Electrochemical Engineering from the Central Electrochemical Research Institute and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
