Kapil Arora has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kapil started their career at Nestle in 2002 as a Quality Analyst, where they worked until 2005. Kapil then joined USAID as a Summer Trainee during their MBA in 2006. Following that, they worked at IDBI Bank as an Assistant Manager from 2007 to 2008, managing derivative products to hedge currency and interest rate exposure risks.
