Kapil Arora

Kapil Arora has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kapil started their career at Nestle in 2002 as a Quality Analyst, where they worked until 2005. Kapil then joined USAID as a Summer Trainee during their MBA in 2006. Following that, they worked at IDBI Bank as an Assistant Manager from 2007 to 2008, managing derivative products to hedge currency and interest rate exposure risks. In 2008, they joined Darashaw as an Associate, and later served as a Senior Associate from 2009 to 2010. Kapil currently holds the role of Assistant Vice President at Darashaw.

Kapil Arora completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Agri-Business Management (PGD-ABM), with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Agri-Business, from Symbiosis Institute of International Business in Pune. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Food Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University between 1999 and 2002.
