Amul Baidya

Amul Baidya has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Amul is currently working at Daraz as a Senior Partnership & Activation Manager, where they are responsible for building strategic partnerships and executing partnership strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Mid valley International College, COSMOS & Subhashree Academy, teaching subjects such as Marketing and Management to Bachelor level students.

Amul also has experience as a Presentation Skills Trainer, conducting workshops for school and college students. Amul co-founded "Haami Chau - Your marketing partner," where they focused on listening to people's stories and helping them with their marketing needs. Amul was also a Co-Creator of the "Ke chha ta? podcast," a platform for meaningful conversations.

Before venturing into teaching and entrepreneurship, Amul worked as a Chief Operating Officer at Kailash Kutti Inn Hotel & Restaurant, representing the investors of the hotel. Amul was also an Executive Founding Member of The Storytellers Nepal, a platform for sharing inspiring stories through live events.

Additionally, Amul has experience in the field of marketing. Amul worked as an Inbound Marketing Officer at Janaki Technology Pvt. Ltd., where they developed strategies to attract new clients and coordinated with existing clients. Amul also worked as a Business Development Assistant at ECS Media Pvt. Ltd., focusing on entrepreneurship publications and partnerships.

Amul's early career includes a role as a Cloud worker at CloudFactory. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in partnership management, marketing, teaching, and entrepreneurship.

Amul Baidya completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Kings' College , Nepal (Westcliff University) from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from Ace Institute of Management from 2010 to 2014. Amul's earlier education includes completing their +2 degree in Commerce from Ace Higher Secondary School from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Amul has also obtained various certifications. In May 2022, they completed the "Agile Crash Course: Agile Project Management; Agile Delivery" and "Complete Agile Scrum Course: Agile Management-Scrum Master" from Udemy: Online Courses. In April 2020, they obtained the certification for "Embracing the Chaos: A Virtual Conference on Online teaching" from Unlearn Academy. Furthermore, in August 2016, Amul completed the "Inbound Certification" from HubSpot Academy.
