Arham Tamkeen has extensive work experience in various industries. From 2019 to 2020, Arham worked as a Research Associate at IDLC Finance Limited, where they conducted financial analysis and contributed to the company's monthly business reviews. In 2020, they served as a Finance Intern at A. Stotz Investment Research, conducting market research and providing feedback on an online valuation course. Arham also held the role of Head of Corporate Affairs at BUP Human Resource and Leadership Club, where they promoted the club and recruited new members. Arham had additional internships at Nestlé, where they focused on digital marketing effectiveness and online youth engagement, and at Marico Bangladesh Ltd., where they developed online courses and managed the company's learning platform. Arham's most recent work experience was at Daraz, where they served as a Management Trainee and then as an Assistant Manager. In these roles, they contributed to policy and strategy development, provided recommendations to external stakeholders and regulators, and worked on various projects related to traffic growth, launching new product lines, and improving sales and assortment growth.

Arham Tamkeen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) between 2017 and 2020. Prior to their degree, they pursued their A' Level education in the field of Science from Manarat Dhaka International School & College, from 2014 to 2016. Before that, Arham completed their O' Level education in the field of Science from CIDER International School from 2001 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Arham Tamkeen has obtained two certifications. Arham completed a course on "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials" from Coursera in June 2020. In May 2020, they also achieved a certification in "Financial Markets (with Honors)" from Coursera.
