A S M Saifullah (Saif) began their work experience in 2005 as a Corporal in the Military Police of the Bangladesh Army. In this role, they handled employee promotions, demotions, and disciplinary actions, as well as managed leave, ration, clothing, and other personal facilities. Additionally, they were responsible for preparing employee salaries and wages.

In 2014, Saif joined the PDS Multinational Group as an Assistant Manager in HRD&M. A S M Saifullah (Saif) has a solid educational background in human resource management. In 2016, Saif completed the HRMC (Human Resource Management Competency) program at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, Saif pursued a PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management) at BiMS. Saif's academic journey began earlier in 2012 when they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Independent University, Bangladesh.
