Musabbir Mazhar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in logistics, operations management, and finance. Musabbir currently serves as the Head of Fulfillment at Daraz, where they are responsible for managing warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Prior to this, they worked as a Warehouse Manager at Daraz, where they implemented security procedures and protocols to safeguard warehouse operations.

Musabbir has also held the position of Manager-Transport, Cost & Performance at Daraz, where they designed and expanded logistics footprints, planned intra-city and intercity dispatch services, and focused on continuous improvement of logistics and distribution processes.

Before joining Daraz, Musabbir worked as a Project Manager at Galaxy Bangladesh, where they oversaw various projects and ensured their successful completion. Musabbir also served as an Operations Manager at RANCON, where they managed overall operations of the business, including customer experience, logistics and supply chain, inventory management, and vendor management.

Earlier in their career, Musabbir worked at Rocket Internet SE as a Logistics Operations Manager and Operations Analyst & PMO. In these roles, they led business development teams, implemented projects, managed operations projects, conducted data analysis, and coordinated warehousing and logistics project proposals.

Musabbir's experience also includes working as an Executive Finance at ACI Logistics Limited, where they monitored the cash collection process, conducted audits, and prepared reports for the top management. Musabbir started their career as an Apprentice and later served as a Customer Manager at Grameenphone Ltd, where they focused on people and quality management.

Musabbir obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Dhaka, attending from 2016 to 2018.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the American International University-Bangladesh. Musabbir attended this institution from 2011 to 2014.

Furthermore, Musabbir Mazhar LSSBB, CSCM™ holds a Bachelor's degree in Military Science and Operational Studies from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), where they studied from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include being a Certified Supply Chain Manager from the ISCEA - International Supply Chain Education Alliance, achieved in September 2022. Musabbir also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Independent Global Certification, earned in July 2018. Furthermore, they completed a Supply Chain Management Workshop in 2016 at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
