Jonaam Bhurtel

Jonaam Bhurtel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Intern at Classic Tech, where they served as a customer service representative. In 2016-2017, they managed and coached the Rajani Futsal Team during the Red Bull Futsal League in Nepal. From 2018-2019, Jonaam worked at Daraz as an Operations Associate and later as a Returns Officer. In 2017-2020, they held the role of Content Manager at Digitalample.com. Subsequently, they joined Khalti in 2019 as a Senior Officer in Business Development, and as an Assistant Manager and Business Development Manager from 2020-2021. Currently, they are working as a Payment Manager at Daraz, starting in November 2021.

Jonaam Bhurtel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Management from St.Xavier's College Maitighar Kathmandu from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Email Marketing and Inbound Sales from HubSpot in May 2020 and March 2020, respectively.
