Kannan Periyasamy

Kannan Periyasamy has extensive experience in human resources, serving as Manager of HR Systems & Services at Daraz since July 2018, following roles as Senior Executive and HR Executive. Prior experience includes the position of HR Officer - Employee Relations at T&FG (Timex Garments) from June 2012 to March 2018, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee satisfaction initiatives, performance appraisal processes, and event planning for employee engagement. Kannan also held roles as a Human Resources Assistant, Coordinator in Retail Operations, and Data Entry Operator in the Procurement Department. Kannan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), attained between 2015 and 2018.
