Khurram Aziz (PMP®)

Khurram Aziz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Khurram began their career as a Management Trainee (Engineering) at Nestle, where they gained cross-functional experience and worked on various projects in manufacturing and commercial departments.

Khurram then joined RB as a Supply Executive, where they managed inventory control and supply planning for RB's largest third-party warehouse in the Middle East. Khurram also implemented successful projects in supply and demand planning and developed a training program for junior colleagues.

At RB, Khurram advanced to the role of Supply Excellence Leader, where they spearheaded 32 new product launches across multiple manufacturing facilities and achieved targets in gross margin improvement projects. Khurram also optimized the SKU portfolio to reduce supply chain complexity and improve the product portfolio's gross margin.

After RB, Khurram joined Careem, a ride-hailing company, as a Supply Manager. Khurram played a key role in developing strategies to acquire new customers and vendors. Khurram also served as the Country Manager for Supply Acquisition, responsible for planning and executing projects to reach growth goals.

Following their tenure at Careem, Khurram joined Daraz as a Regional Manager. In this role, they had complete ownership of Daraz's growth and KPI targets in the North region. Khurram managed a team of over 400 people across 7 cities and oversaw operations in 18 facilities.

Most recently, Khurram joined Elephant Healthcare as a Senior Operations Manager, where they are responsible for overseeing operational activities.

Throughout their career, Khurram has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.

Khurram Aziz (PMP®) completed their education in a chronological manner. Khurram started their academic journey by attending Cadet College Hasanabdal from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate with a focus on Pre-Engineering. Following that, from 2006 to 2010, they attended the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Khurram has obtained various certifications. In 2018, they acquired the certification for "Cultivating a Growth Mindset" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2021, they completed the "Understanding Logistics" certification, also from LinkedIn. Their most recent certification, "Getting Started with Technology: Think Like an Engineer," was obtained in October 2022 from LinkedIn.

It is worth noting that Khurram has also achieved the highly recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, although specific details regarding the institution and completion date are not provided.
