M.D. Istiyak Hossain

Md. Istiyak Hossain has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations management, process excellence, and project planning. Md. Istiyak started their career at Daraz in 2017, where they held various roles and responsibilities. As an Operations Manager, they handled the coordination and management of 3PLs, along with capacity planning and project communication. Md. Istiyak then transitioned into the position of Process Excellence Manager, focusing on process improvement strategies and automating package allocation modules. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Manager, involved in planning strategies to improve service quality and business analysis. As a Sr. Executive, they oversaw department performances and conducted training sessions on Alibaba Systems. In their initial position as an Executive, they managed day-to-day regional operations and provided training to employees. Additionally, they have experience as a Territory Manager at Beximco Communications Limited, where they worked for a brief period. Md.
