Muhammad Anees has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the areas of workforce management, product management, and customer service. Muhammad started their career in 2006 at Telenor, where they worked as a Customer Relation Officer before transitioning to roles such as Command Center Officer, Workforce Planning & Scheduling Officer, and Team Leader in the Workforce Management Team. Muhammad later became a Product Manager at Telenor, responsible for managing products and services related to International Direct Dialing and International Business Segment.

In 2017, Muhammad joined Zigron Inc. as a Product Manager in the Customer Success Unit, focusing on workforce management and customer service optimization. Muhammad then moved on to Daraz, an Alibaba Group company, where they held the positions of Regional Product Manager and Regional Workforce Manager. In these roles, they managed workforce planning, financial forecasting, capacity planning, and budget management for multiple ventures in South Asia.

Muhammad also had experiences as a freelance digital media manager, a radio presenter at FM 100 Pakistan and FM 95 Punjab Rung, and an intern at Pakistan Television Corporation Limited. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong analytical skills, the ability to extract and analyze data, and a proactive approach to driving business outcomes and improving customer experiences.

Muhammad Anees completed their education in a chronological order. Muhammad first attended Aptech Computer Education Faisalabad from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained an Advance Diploma in Software Engineering with a field of study in Computer Software Engineering. Following that, they enrolled at the University of the Punjab from 2005 to 2007 and earned a Master's degree in Communication Studies with a field of study in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
