Nabeel Hussain has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 until 2019. Nabeel started their career at Mobilink where they worked as a Customer Services Representative and later as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in the Contact Center department. During their time at Mobilink, Nabeel was responsible for handling customer queries, providing information about products and promotions, and resolving customer complaints. Nabeel also conducted training sessions, evaluated calls, and performed trend analysis.

In 2013, Nabeel joined Axact as a Coordinator in the Quality Assurance department. Nabeel managed a team of Quality Assurance Executives and conducted monthly help sessions. Additionally, they worked as a Finance Analyst at Axact from 2016 to 2019.

Currently, Nabeel is working at Daraz as a Team Lead in the Vendor Claims Operations team.
