Imran Ata, PMP®, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Imran is currently employed as the Head of Customer & Seller Operations at Daraz since July 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing customer service teams, implementing strategies, creating procedures and standards, and developing customer loyalty programs.

Prior to their current role, Imran worked at ibex. Pakistan from 2016 to 2021. Imran held multiple positions during their tenure, including Manager Operations & Lean Management and Operations Manager. Imran's earlier experience includes roles at Mustex Corporation as an Administration Officer, Airflow Specialist as a Supervisor, and Radio FM 107 as a Radio Jockey and Outdoor Broadcaster.
