Soha Nauman Shaikh

Soha Nauman Shaikh's work experience starts in 2017 with their role as an Environmental Representative for the IBA Go Green Society at the Institute of Business Administration. In this role, they executed the "Adopt a Park" project and managed a team to reclaim barren areas and organize tree plantations.

In 2019, they became the Director of Registrations for the Dramatics Society at the Institute of Business Administration, where they successfully managed the registrations department for the intra-university competition "Fringe."

In 2020, Soha had multiple internships. First, as a Project Trainee at L'Oréal, where they planned and coordinated a sampling drive and developed digital marketing strategies. Then, as a Campus Ambassador for Pie in the Sky (Pvt Ltd), they increased brand awareness and engagement through creating digital content and coordinating a digital video campaign.

Soha also interned at foodpanda as a Commercial Intern, where they executed a lead conversion project and secured vendor funded deals. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Bayer Crop Science and prepared a quarterly report and assisted with product launches at Procter & Gamble as a Brands Intern.

Soha joined Daraz in 2021 and held various roles. Soha started as a Management Trainee in the Seller Marketplace department and later rotated to the Commercial and HR departments. Currently, they are a Project Manager - Pricing and Profitability, where they developed and implemented a dynamic pricing strategy and delivered comprehensive performance reporting.

Soha Nauman Shaikh completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued A Levels from The Lyceum from 2015 to 2017, focusing on Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Global Perspectives & Research. Soha also completed their O Levels from Beaconhouse from 2013 to 2015, with a focus on Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Soha has obtained various certifications. Soha completed the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google Analytics for Business in April 2020. Soha also obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Digital Garage in April 2020 as well.
