Ben Murphy has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in talent management to coaching positions. Ben has worked as the Vice President at Titus Talent Strategies, where they managed and coached a team, oversaw sales and marketing strategies, and worked with clients on their talent needs. Ben also served as a Consultant and Director of Client Services at the same company. Ben Murphy is a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals. Ben has also worked at Wisconsin Lutheran College as an Instructor in Administrative Leadership and held various coaching positions, including Head Football Coach and Defensive Coordinator/Strength Coach. Prior to that, they worked as a Defensive Line Coach at Northern State University and as a Sales Manager at Aerotek.
Ben Murphy obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Wisconsin Lutheran College, where they attended from 2001 to 2004. Ben furthered their education by pursuing a Masters degree in Education/Leadership at Northern State University from 2006 to 2007.
