Ukasha Rafiq Rahmtulla

Ukasha Rafiq Rahmtulla has had a diverse range of experiences in the corporate world. Ukasha started their career at Unilever in 2017 as an Intern, where they worked on HR digitization for a period of one month. In 2018, they joined Daraz as a Future Leadership Trainee, where they gained knowledge and skills in Human Resources and Data and Information Security.

Ukasha quickly progressed in their career at Daraz, taking on various roles of increasing responsibility. Ukasha worked as a Regional Project Manager from January 2020 to April 2021, where they successfully managed projects at a regional level. Following this, they took on the role of Senior Program Manager - New Business, focusing on livestreaming, food delivery, and travel. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership abilities and contributed to the development of new business strategies.

Ukasha then transitioned to the position of Regional Head - Live Commerce in November 2021, where they played a key role in the expansion and success of the live commerce segment. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Head - Affiliate Influencers & Live Commerce, a role they have been in since October 2022. In this capacity, they are responsible for managing affiliate influencers and driving live commerce initiatives in the region.
