Komal Pokhrel has built a robust career in customer and seller operations, currently serving as Regional Head of Training and Quality Assurance for Daraz Group since September 2018. In this role, Komal strategically leads and develops teams to enhance performance and achieve business goals related to customer service, while also driving improvements in customer and seller retention and satisfaction. Previous experience includes roles at Antilog Vacations, where Komal held positions such as Manager of Customer & Seller Operations and Senior Team Lead in Issue Resolution, as well as working in sales and marketing at Aryans Event Solutions. Komal holds an MBA in Marketing from AP Goyal Shimla University and a BCom in Accounting from IGNOU.
