Omer Ahmad

Omer Ahmad currently serves as the Chief People Officer for Pakistan and Regional Director of HR COE at Daraz, a role held since May 2020. With a focus on organization design, performance rewards, HR systems, and people analytics, Omer oversees multiple HR functions across all Daraz markets. Significant achievements include leading the SAP Success Factors implementation across several countries and creating a semi-automated capacity planning model. Omer's previous experience includes roles as Regional Head of Strategic Projects and Cross Border Operations at Daraz, as well as positions as Regional Manager for Fulfillment Planning and Crossborder Operations. Earlier career roles include Business Analyst at Posidon Pvt Ltd and Assistant Manager of Market Research at Al-Hamd International Container Terminal. Omer holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, obtained in 2017.
