Michael Davis

Michael Davis currently serves as Vice President of Member Experience at Darcy Partners, a role commenced in January 2023. Prior to this position, Michael held various roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from May 2021 to January 2023, including Director and Consultant. Michael's experience at ExxonMobil from February 2015 to May 2021 involved leading a software development team as Team Lead and contributing as an Advanced Reservoir Engineer and Reservoir Engineer, where significant oil recovery and cost savings were achieved through innovative modeling and strategies. Michael's early career includes internships at Shell in both drilling and chemical engineering, where impactful improvements in operational efficiency were made. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
