Brad Smith

Brad Smith is an experienced executive in the restaurant and franchising sectors, currently serving as President International and Franchising at Darden since September 2017, after holding roles as Senior Vice President of Franchising and Vice President of International Development within the same company. Prior to Darden, Brad held the position of President at Zoup! Fresh Soup Company for a brief period in 2017, and spent over 14 years at Romacorp, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, overseeing various aspects of restaurant and franchise operations. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Franchise Operations at Johnny Carino's. Brad earned a BS in Restaurant Hospitality Management from Texas Tech University.
