Chris Guzman

Chris Guzman has over 18 years of experience in compensation management, currently serving as Vice President of Compensation at Darden since July 2008. With a background that includes roles from Sr. Director to Manager within the compensation function, Chris has extensive knowledge in designing and administering executive compensation programs, overseeing M&A-related compensation services, and collaborating with board committees. Prior experience includes working as a Compensation Analyst at Pearl Meyer & Partners and as an HRIS Analyst at U.S. Trust. Chris holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
