Jessica Lange

Jessica Lange is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities, finance, and governance. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Darden since March 2016, Jessica previously held the role of Expert Attorney at DTE Energy from September 2009 to February 2016. Jessica also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Law Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2007-2008. Prior roles include Vice President and Corporate Finance & Securities Counsel at Comerica Bank, as well as counsel positions at The Boeing Company and Harley-Davidson Financial Services. Additionally, Jessica has gained experience at Mayer Brown as a Finance Associate and completed summer associate internships at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and JONES DAY®. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Michigan.
