Judy Josephs

Judy Josephs is an experienced Construction Project Manager with a demonstrated track record in managing construction projects for various organizations. Currently at Darden since July 2019, Judy oversees the execution of new restaurant developments, remodels, and special initiatives, focusing on budgetary performance, project coordination, and compliance. Prior to Darden, Judy held the position of Construction Project Manager at Restaurants Associates Ltd, managing high-risk quick service restaurant projects, including site evaluations and contract negotiations. Judy's career also includes experience as a Project Manager at Peter Mair Associates Limited, where risk management and team coordination were key responsibilities, and as an Assistant Project Manager at Global Windows and Doors Ltd. Academically, Judy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Barry University.
