Robert Ricketts has extensive experience in legal roles focused on restaurant development and management. Since May 2008, Robert has served in various capacities at Darden, currently holding the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Development Law, where Robert leads legal teams for new restaurant development and management across all Darden brands. Prior to this, Robert held several roles at Darden, including Senior Director and Director, Associate Counsel, all centered on new restaurant site acquisition and development. Before joining Darden, Robert was Corporate Counsel at Brinker International, overseeing site acquisition and development for Chili's-branded restaurants in the U.S. Robert holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan.
