Vanessa Wyatt Smith

Vanessa Wyatt Smith, CPA, is an experienced tax professional currently serving as a Senior Tax Analyst at Darden since July 2019. Prior to this role, Vanessa held positions as an Income Tax Analyst and Senior Tax Accountant at Glickstein Laval Carris, P.A., and ILG, Inc. respectively. Vanessa has a solid background in tax accounting, having worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at WithumSmith+Brown and a Staff Accountant at Averett Warmus Durkee. Early in the career, Vanessa gained valuable experience as a tax intern and controller intern across various firms. Vanessa holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UCF College of Business, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Eastern Florida State College.
