Deanna Defrancis

Deanna DeFrancis is a seasoned property tax professional with extensive experience in tax analysis and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Property Tax Analyst at Progress Residential® since June 2021, Deanna is responsible for maintaining property tax budgets for a national portfolio and leading disaster abatement projects. Previous roles include Tax Compliance Analyst at Centene Corporation, where Deanna improved filing accuracy significantly, and various positions at PwC, focusing on tax return processes and financial statement reviews. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree from Indian River State College.
