Leticia Crespo

Leticia Crespo has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Leticia began their career as a Teller at Thomaston Savings Bank in 2014 and was later promoted to Universal Teller and Contact Center Consultant. In 2016, they joined The First Bank of Greenwich as a Deposit Operations Specialist, where they handled various functions related to deposit operations. Leticia then joined DR Bank in 2018 and held multiple roles, including Loan Servicing Supervisor, Back-Office Operations Manager, and Consumer Lending Operations Manager. In these positions, they managed loan portfolios, reviewed credit reporting inquiries, and coordinated day-to-day loan servicing activities. Additionally, they were responsible for overseeing deposit operations and consumer lending teams, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to procedures. Leticia also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked as a Residential Caseworker at The Key Program, Inc. and engaging with clients to develop positive and supportive relationships.
