Lauren Allen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lauren currently holds the position of Business Performance Manager at Darigold, where they design and develops analytical tools and reporting packages for the commercial sales division. Prior to this, they owned and worked as a consultant at Laetitia Imports & Logistics. Lauren also served as the Director of Sales & Logistics at Precept Wine, where they managed pricing, reporting, inventory, compliance, and supply chain functions for major business partners. Lauren has also held the role of Director of Operations at American Northwest Distributors and worked as an Account Manager at the same company. Lauren has experience as a Manager & Buyer at Town & Country Markets, where they drove B2C wine and beer sales. Lauren also worked as a Buyer at Whole Foods Market, where they excelled as a top performer for the region. Earlier in their career, they served as a General Manager at Sugar Mountain and as a Residential Counselor at Friends of Youth.

Lauren Allen's education history includes studying Psychology and Criminal Justice at The Evergreen State College. Additionally, they pursued Wine Technology, Marketing & Sales at the Northwest Wine Academy @ South Seattle CC.
