David Rottach

David Rottach has over 17 years of professional experience in operations and customer service. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Operations for Dark Heart Nursery, where they developed company strategy, goals and KPIs, managed customer service and inventory management teams, and implemented communication and order monitoring protocols. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Motionloft in various roles, including Senior Operations Manager, Data Integrity Manager, Data Integrity Supervisor, and Operations Specialist. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Gate Gourmet as an Account Manager and Material Operations Supervisor. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Ricker Motors Collision as a Manager, where they wrote estimates daily and negotiated with insurance adjusters. Finally, from 2003 to 2006, they were a Co-Founder at Huffmans Customs.
