Cecilia Sohi

Cecilia Sohi is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in contract administration and compliance support. Currently serving as a Contracts Administrator and Legal Assistant at Dark Horse Consulting Group Inc. since January 2021, Cecilia has previously held positions at Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans as a Compliance/Communications Support Associate, Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP as an IP Assistant focusing on Trademark Prosecution and Patent Litigation, and BioTime as a Legal Assistant for Patent Prosecution. Additional experience includes roles at Exelixis as a Legal Assistant and Contracts Administrator and at Beckman Coulter within the Research Library of the Legal Department. Early career experience includes library assistant positions with the Orange County Library System and the City of Yorba Linda. Cecilia holds a BA and AA in Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton, and Fullerton College, respectively.
