Fang-Jui Chang

Fang-Jui 'Fang-Raye' Chang is a seasoned professional in service and policy design with extensive experience in facilitating innovative solutions for both public and private sector organizations. Currently, as the Responsible Innovation Lead and Head of Radicle Civics at Dark Matter Labs, Fang-Jui focuses on creating democratic and sustainable frameworks in response to societal challenges. Previous roles include Service and Policy Designer at Public Digital Innovation Space, where collaboration with civil servants fostered citizen-centric approaches, and positions at Fjord and the Cabinet Office that emphasized user-centered design. Fang-Jui's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, and training in innovation and entrepreneurship at Imperial College London, complemented by degrees in design from Kingston University and National Taiwan University of Arts.
