Geoffrey Litchney

Geoffrey Litchney currently serves as the Managing Regulatory Counsel and Director of Compliance at Dark Matter Technologies since September 2023. Previously, Litchney held various positions at Black Knight from May 2014 to September 2023, including Regulatory Counsel, Assistant Regulatory Counsel, and Business Unit Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Member Service Representative at Navy Federal Credit Union from September 2010 to January 2012, Branch Manager at Bank of America from August 2008 to March 2010, and Assistant Branch Manager at SunTrust from August 2006 to August 2008. Litchney holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Financial Services Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Florida Coastal School of Law, earned from 2012 to 2014.
